PARTNERSHIP.
Before I go on, I want to emphasize the fact that this relates to both relationships, friendships, business and daily. Do read with an open mind, it’s a short read. . . . . .
Everyone wants to do something remarkable, something special. Something that stands out. We choose partners and friends to help us carry our visions to success.
But we miss out one detail I’ll like to talk about.
Deuteronomy 32:30 says;
(KJV) “How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, except their Rock had sold them, and the LORD had shut them up?”
(NLT) “How could one person chase a thousand of them, and two people put ten thousand to flight, unless their Rock had sold them, unless the Lord had given them up?”
Here, it says that when God is backing you up, you would chase more than you would together. It is saying here that the Lord would give you more progress according to the number of hands on the project.
One detail we fail to examine is the first line; ‘one chases a thousand…..’. Meaning that individually, you must be able to chase a thousand!
This is no longer about number anymore but about capacity. Each of you must be able to chase a thousand successfully, as an individual.
So, if you can chase a thousand and you pair with a person who can’t, you would be drawn back. Such an one would become a heavy load on your back and consequently, an impediment to your swift movement.
The million dollar question now is “Do you know the capacity to the person you intend to partner with? Is he God’s will?”
If you remember, the verse also talks about God’s help. God would not help a mission that is not His will.
You must first find out if the person you’re choosing is God’s will or your will. You can then think of your help to each other, first as humans. Then as colleagues. You must first of all be friends before partners. You must first be past the acquaintance stage.
Sometimes, God sends you a weaker person so that you can first fire up, as a friend and then move to partnership in the future. Do not go into any partnership without knowing the mind of God concerning it.
So,
• Find out the mind of God concerning your mission and possible partners.
• Find out the capacity of your God intended partner.
• Be friends.
• Move in the wisdom of God.
Do have a blessed week!💥
